Planning ahead
If you are planning ahead with your home project and time is not too much of an issue we can deliver your chosen products within 5 – 7 days for FREE. Absolutely no charge for delivery.
Need items soon
Should you need your chosen products sooner rather than later then we can arrange a delivery between 2 – 3 days for a small charge of £4.99 – regardless of the size of order.
In a hurry
We understand that customers sometimes need their products urgently, so should you be in a hurry to get your items then we will be happy to organise a next day delivery for only £7.99.
You will need to let us know before 3pm on the day of order so that we can arrange the delivery to be on time.

What currency will I pay for my order in?
You will pay for your order in the currency displayed on the order confirmation page. The price displayed when you confirm your order will be the price you pay when your order is processed and will not change.
This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card / PayPal account in the currency displayed
VAT is automatically included for destination countries in the EU.
Will I have to pay any Customs charges in my country?
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
How will my order be despatched?
UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller orders and via UPS for larger orders. At any time Royal Mail are taking strike actions, all UK orders will be shipped via UPS. International shipments will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for delivery service. Full tracking information is available on www.royalmail.com using the tracking number that will be provided on your shipping confirmation.
International Returns
Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions below along with our standard returns procedure.
To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.
