Payment Details
 
  We make purchasing easy. Once you have completed your shopping in our shop, the following payment methods are accepted:
 
- Pay by phone – Credit/debit card payment through our sales lines: 0844 499 3900  
 
- Pay online – Using this ecommerce follow the instructions and enter your payment details.  
 
- Personal and Business cheques (Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear) Please make cheques & postal orders made payable to ‘Tap Centre Limited’ and post your payment with cover letter including Item Number, Contact telephone number.  
 
- Banker’s cheques & Postal orders  
 
- Bank transfers to Barclays Bank (Please call our order hotline for details).  
 
- When purchasing more than one item, please ensure that you advise us via email. If you incur any delivery cost on your first item purchased, this will ensure that the reduced rate postage on any additional items is applied to your invoice. All items must be consolidated and paid for at the same time, in order for the postage discount to apply.

If necessary, you can advise us by email and we will do our best to issue you a consolidated invoice, if you encounter any technical problems.
 
 
  If the goods are taken to the local depot to await your collection, they will be held there for 5 days or more depending on couriers

Delivery
 
  We offer FREE UK Delivery as standard on all items. If you require a Next Day delivery we charge a flat fee of £7.99 for orders and no additional cost for extra items. For Next Day Delivery we aim to send out all goods within 24 hours of payment being received, however many of our items are picked and dispatched by 3pm on the same day (exc. Weekends and public holidays). Please note that Tap Centre make every effort to reach you next day when you specify this delivery format, however cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that the courier service has delays. For FREE UK Standard Delivery we aim to reach you within 2 - 3 days. For UK Offshore (external from UK mainland) deliveries, Tap Centre charge £14.99 for 2 - 3 day service.
 
- Postage prices at Tap Centre are as standard free, however may vary based on promotional campaigns  
 
- Goods are insured against damage in transit. Please email us within 48 hours if goods are found to be damaged in transit.  
 
- Goods are delivered by courier to your stated (mainland UK) and will require a signature to accept delivery.  
 
- If you require delivery to a different address, i.e. work, or on a specific day, please email us before we dispatch the goods. Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched.  
 
- Tap Centre cannot take responsibility for any missed delivery and any courier problems that may arise.  
 
- The couriers will attempt delivery once, if no one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt to deliver the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt  
 
- If the goods are taken to the local depot to await your collection, they will be held there for 5 days or more depending on couriers  
 
- If you have not arranged collection after this time and your goods are returned to Tap Centre, an extra return delivery charge of £14.95 will be charged to Tap Centre from the courier, the purchaser must meet this charge and the additional re delivery charge

Guarantee
 
  Items are guaranteed from manufacturing faults as listed below:

Please read these terms carefully before your purchase:
 
- To download the Tap Centre Returns form please click here. For all returns whether exchange, refund or replacement fittings required you will need to call our Customer services for a returns number and fill out this form to accompany the returned item. Please click here to download.  
 
- In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault does occur, Tap Centre will be more than happy to replace the faulty part free of charge including any postage cost within 14 days of notification (usually 72 hours). Tap Centre will also cover postal fees if parts or replacement items are requested back to Tap Centre warehouse. If items are returned with no fault a small administration fee may be charged at the discretion of Tap Centre.  
 
- If you are experiencing a slight leak, then a replacement is not usually needed, the majority of the time the valve just requires tightening which can be corrected within 5 - 10 minutes. If you need any further advice on this, please call a member of our customer support team.  
 
- If your are unhappy with our guarantee of a replacement part, Tap Centre offer a full refund for the cost of the item as long as the item is within the 30 days of delivery date.  
 
- Please note, if refund is required, you will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of goods, we advise customers to send goods via royal mail recorded delivery with insurance or by a reputable courier where a signature is required on delivery. Tap Centre will not be responsible for any parcels not arriving at our warehouse.  
 
- All goods arriving as 'defective' will be tested and examined before we process the refund, Tap Centre will not process a refund if the goods are:

    Clearly ill treated
    Clearly damage is caused by a modification error to suit customer requirement
    Clearly damage is caused by installation from unqualified personnel
 
 
  Tap Centre are happy to guarantee all goods and will replace any part fee of charge as per terms outlined above for the defective item.

Tap Centre are happy to refund any defective item if replacement part is unsuitable, but please be noted that any P&P charge will not be refunded as our guarantee is to replace the defective part free of charge.

Tap Centre are happy to exchange your defective item for any other item in our shop, please be noted the purchaser will need to cover all P&P for this option.

Before you send any items back to us you will need to notify us by calling 0844 499 3900. You will need to send your item back in original packaging including a covering letter to the address at the bottom of the terms & conditions.

Tap Centre cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party costs or compensation in any way for damage to the item or other goods.

Goods will not be replaced or exchanged after the above duration has expired.
 
  Other

The images advertised in our listings are provided to our customers as a reference of the item been sold. Our manufacturer provides the images. We aim to reflect any upgrades or modifications made by our suppliers, but we cannot be held responsible if the item does not reflect the image 100%. If the image does differ it will be a slight minor difference to the goods provided.

Collections
 
  Once you have finished shopping in our shop, your goods can be collected from our warehouse in Mill Hill, London.
 
- Collection surcharge may apply to some items, please see individual listing before you purchase if you intend to collect your item.  
 
- Our collection surcharge has been implemented to cover the administration costs of our warehouse serving employees.  
 
- Payment for your goods can be made before or at time of collection  
 
  Tap Centre is an internet based company and prices are calculated as "internet orders", the collection surcharge applies to most of our listings to help maintain our low prices. We understand that in certain circumstances, you may prefer to collect your goods, hence we can offer you this collection service, the charge is there to cover our expenditure in providing you with this collection choice.
